Thank you random hobby store, for stocking this randomly awesome kit.
History:
So it was in the second major arc of Zeta Gundam that Jerid bad luck Messa and his second girl friend piloted these transforming bug mechas in an attempt to kick AEUG's ass. In one fluid motion Jerid was able to overcome his curse of not being the main character and almost take out the Zeta. The outcome of that battle was quite hazy in my memory. However, Jerid did canonically die later in the series in his third (or fourth... maybe fifth) MS (and after losing his third girl friend if memory serves) : some one else's Baund Doc. Jerid is the original bad luck Brian.
Kit overview:
Pros:
1) Quite the looker
2) One of the badass that almost had the Zeta. Almost
3) A FULL transformation with only two parts to remove in an HGUC
4) Experimental inner frame for appendages
5) Comes with a spear rifle that is quite exclusive (only reappearance is in unicorn)
Cons:
1) An old HGUC.
2) Quite expensive for an old HGUC
3) Lots and LOTS of nubs
4) The hand manipulators will NOT mate as intended and will cause headaches
5) If any of the box poses with the rifle must be achieved, the particular hand manipulator(s) which came in the kit need to glued to either the pistol grip or the barrel (for a spear stabbing sorta scene)
6) The back joint on the hand manipulators do not sit in a poly cap cradle, you may start the rage now.

| Major sanding required. Or you can stare at the nubs all day and wonder why it looks so shitty. |
| The thrusters will need to be painted. or hidden if you are lazy. |
| Warning: Lots and lots of sanding. Dam that 0 Gundam looks awful. |
| Crying over the injection points being visible even after sanding. Maybe it would be better if these didn't have to be shipped over seas. |
Also, apparently I do not have the technology to save this piece. RIP.
note: the plastic gave off a very weird smell when sanded. It was probably poisonous, hence inhaling and of the dust is highly unwise. |
| Those hands are making me cry. They will make you cry too. |
| Finishing the leg makes me quite happy. |
| HUGE SUCCESS (not) |
| Never forget, the three month you sat there doing nothing. Procrastination is a bitch. |
| HAZA! she is 100% complete. * |
| Back pack consists of a bug face. |
| In case you are wondering. Yes this is about as much posing you can get out of it while on the ground. Provided that I did not glue the gun to the hands. |
Perhaps I should recreate that famous scene from the TV series.
Note: the leg itself is basically a second set of arms. The two 'armor' panels are removed then re-installed behind the said 'arms' to achieve this effect. |
| Luckily after all the trouble they caused you, they gave you its own stand. |
| Eventually I settled the whole mess by putting the spear rifle into the leg 'arms'. |
Another picture of the 'arm' legs holding the rifle.
note: this is the most I'm ever going to do with it. Perhaps you can pose it better? |
| Being on a stand, she fits pretty nicely in the back |
